Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to the Boreki iPhone app and the Boreki website, including its browser-based Web Studio. Borealbit Technology Limited is responsible for these services.

2. Information handled by the iPhone app

Boreki is designed to work without an account or cloud sync. The app stores projects, scenes, lighting setups, measurements, notes, and photos you choose to add inside the app's local container on your device.

If you allow camera access, camera frames are processed on the device to provide reflective-light estimates and to capture photos you request. Boreki does not upload those frames or photos to our servers. App preferences are stored locally using Apple's standard preferences system.

When you view, buy, or restore Boreki Pro, Apple's StoreKit provides localized product and entitlement information to the app. Apple processes the transaction. We do not receive your full payment-card or Apple Account credentials.

3. Web Studio data

The current Web Studio processes selected photos in your browser and stores recipes in that browser's local storage. This content is not uploaded to a Boreki application server. Clearing site data, using a private-browsing session, or changing browsers or devices can remove or make those recipes unavailable.

4. Website delivery and security data

Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, may process limited request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and security events. We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party product analytics on the website.

5. Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate support record. Please avoid sending private photos or sensitive information that is not necessary to resolve your request.

6. Service providers, disclosure, and retention

We use Apple for App Store distribution and purchases, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and our email provider for support. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Locally stored app and browser content remains until you delete it, clear site data, or remove the app, subject to device backups you control. Support messages and operational logs are kept only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and reliability purposes.

7. Your choices and requests

You can deny or revoke camera access in iOS Settings, delete individual app content, remove the app, or clear browser site data. Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information contained in support records by emailing us. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally required.

8. Children and security

Boreki is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate product or website notice.

2. iPhone App 处理的信息

3. Web 工作台数据

当前 Web 工作台在浏览器内处理你选择的照片，并把配方保存在该浏览器的本地存储中；这些内容不会上传至 Boreki 的应用服务器。清除网站数据、使用无痕模式、更换浏览器或设备，可能导致配方被删除或无法访问。

4. 网站交付与安全数据

网站托管与网络服务商 Cloudflare 可能处理保障网站交付和安全所需的有限请求信息，例如 IP 地址、请求时间、访问路径、浏览器或设备信息以及安全事件。我们目前未在网站中使用广告追踪器或第三方产品分析工具。

5. 支持沟通

当你联系我们时，我们会收到你主动提供的信息，例如邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，并将其用于回复、排查问题、防止滥用及维护必要的支持记录。请勿发送与解决问题无关的私人照片或敏感信息。

6. 服务商、披露与保留

我们使用 Apple 提供 App Store 分发与购买服务，使用 Cloudflare 提供网站交付与安全服务，并使用邮件服务商处理支持邮件。这些服务商会按照各自条款和隐私声明处理信息。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会为跨场景行为广告分享个人信息。

App 与浏览器中的本地内容会一直保留，直至你主动删除、清除网站数据或卸载 App，但仍可能存在于你自行控制的设备备份中。支持邮件和运行日志仅在支持、安全、法律及可靠性所需的合理期限内保留。

7. 你的选择与请求

你可以在 iOS 设置中拒绝或撤回相机权限，删除 App 内的具体内容、卸载 App，或清除浏览器网站数据。在适用法律允许的范围内，你可以通过邮件请求访问、更正或删除支持记录中的个人信息。我们可能需要验证请求，并在法律要求时保留有关信息。

8. 儿童与安全

Boreki 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其个人信息。我们会采取与服务相适应的合理安全措施，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。

9. 政策变更与联系

当产品、服务商或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。页面顶部日期为最新版本日期；重大变更将通过适当的产品内或网站通知说明。
